Coworking facilities offer a lot of resources at affordable prices: shared work spaces, reservable/rentable conference and/or board rooms, Wi-Fi internet connections, communal printer/copier/fax. This is the perfect ticket for anyone with a lot of work to do, a small budget and who need flexibility, with weekly and monthly plans for "drop-in" workers.

The style of comanagement™ allows individuals and teams to manage their projects in a collaborative environment with a shared PMO support. Our comanagement™ model proposes all-inclusive packages including all the typical coworking features together with value-added project management training and consultancy services, already exploited by medium/big sized companies but normally unaffordable for small business stakeholders.

Coworking spaces operate like startup campuses providing a fertile breeding ground for collaboration between entrepreneurs, designers and developers. Coworkers develop their own business having the opportunity for collaboration with others in a myriad of realms: software development, finance, legal, marketing, product management design.

Almost every activity needed to launch and develop a business could take place in a project environment. Sometimes the whole business can be considered as a project itself. Thanks to the partnership with Direzionale EUR we are proud to deliver our comanagement® services making use of prestigious venues in the business district of Rome E.U.R., located between two stations of the Underground Line B (Eur Fermi, Eur Laurentina) at approximately 200 meters either, well connected with the central railway station and the airports.

In 1986 Direzionale EUR introduced the concept of office residence in Rome, later to become a successful formula adopted by most start-up companies. Indeed, most of the companies that have benefited from this spaces to inaugurate their first office, then became players of the national and even international economy. Monthly Package: comanagers have access for a month to the following services:

  1. Fully furnished coworking workplace, in an open space with Wi-Fi internet connection.
  2. Access to the "PMOnline" web platform, to support comanagers with virtual PMO, dozens of deliverable templates ready to use and collaboration features.
  3. Six (6) hours of training seminars and workshops about Project Management practices, tools and techniques.
  4. Twelve (12) hours of on-site PMO support to setup and deploy PM methodologies in their own business.

50-hours Package: comanagers have access to the following services:

  1. Ten (10) "5-hours entries" (9:00-14:00 or 14:00-19:00) to fully furnished coworking workplace, in an open space with Wi-Fi internet connection.
  2. 50-hours access to the "PMOnline" web platform, to support comanagers with virtual PMO, dozens of deliverable templates ready to use and collaboration features.
  3. Two (2) hours of training seminars and workshops about Project Management practices, tools and techniques.

Project Management Crash Course for startuppers: launch and develop a business is your most important project. Project Management discipline can help you to properly address efforts and gain effectiveness. Startuppers have access to the following services:

  1. Eight (8) "2-hours" coaching and mentoring meetings, planned together to be completed within 2 months. Startuppers will apply a "Business-as-a-Project" approach, exploring the PM discipline elements needed to launch and develop their ideas, managing scope, time, cost, risks and communication aspects and assessing new business opportunities with the Opportunity Analysis Canvas(*) framework.
  2. 6-months access to the "PMOnline" web platform, to support startups with virtual PMO, dozens of deliverable templates ready to use and collaboration features.

Project Management applied to business development: for those who already have a project management background and have positively assessed their business idea. Startuppers have access to the following services:

  1. Six (6) "2-hours" coaching and mentoring meetings, planned together to be completed within 2 months. Startuppers will apply a "Business-as-a-Project" approach, producing a structured description of their business using the Business Model Canvas tecnique, developing the Business Plan and creating an Elevator Pitch to present their business value proposition to investors.
  2. Sixteen (16) hours of back-office support, to complete the Business Model Canvas, the Business Plan and the Elevator Pitch.
  3. 6-months access to the "PMOnline" web platform, to support startups with virtual PMO, dozens of deliverable templates ready to use and collaboration features.
